Anyone fancy a stroll along Boston's waterfront? Kerrin, Jeff and their adorable pooch Melody showed me their neighborhood and surrounding areas. Had a blast with these three!
Boom! Energy coming at you!
These two had way too much fun on their engagement shoot, and I'll let the images do the talking.
Sylvia and Winston's engagement session took us around their neighborhood in Jamaica Plain, complete with a tour through the largest park in Boston, as well as their home and plot in their community garden (fresh tomatoes!). I loved hanging out with them both, and it made me so excited for their upcoming celebration. Enjoy.
I had a truly lovely time photographing these two in their new (and still in the midst of renovations) home in Brooklyn, which will be stunning once all is settled. I love the idea, that in 5 years, I hope to make another image of them in their finished bedroom without the "chaos" they are currently experiencing, and thus mentally returning them to this right of passage they are currently engaged in. Thank you both for perfect time and can't wait to see you both soon on Martha's Vineyard for your big day!
A Cambridge Engagement Photography Shoot
Tammy and Jason opted to start their session at the Kendall Cinema, a place near and dear to them, and a killer place to photograph. I had such a peaceful and fun time strolling the streets of the Kendal area with them. We hit up a few of their favorite places to spend time together and are meaningful to their relationship, including The Blue Room (who brought them out complementary wine!) and Lord Hobo to wrap things up. Hope you enjoy
After spending time with these two, I am even more excited to be a part of their celebration...which is coming up quickly. We strolled around The Old Manse for their engagement session, crossing the old north bridge and walking the trails. It was immediately apparent how comfortable they were with one another, each helping the other not feel too overwhelmed by my presence. This area of Concord is where they will say their vows, and then move into Harvard, MA for dinner/reception. Enjoy.

I have ALWAYS wanted to shoot a winter engagement session. Maybe since I grew up in Alaska, it just seemed natural! I was thrilled when Lori and Kevin pitched the idea to me....and then we were standing in 16 degree weather and throwing snow at one another. They didn't miss a beat and I love the images that came out of the session from the Belmont Habitat Preserve of Mass Audubon. Enjoy
Kate and Joe took me back to my old stomping grounds of East Boston. Their condo is even in the same building I lived in! Such a fun session, with a cute pooch and epic sunset.
Leslie and Ryan (and of course their adorable doggie) took a quick stroll through Borderland State Park for their Engagement Session. Perfect fall weather and a massive field (and a pond to chase geese) for a pooch, made for an easy and fun session. Enjoy
